Chronicles of Exandria

Lauryn Ipsum, who designed the book, shared her experience with us:

“The Critical Role art book was, by far, the most challenging of any book I’ve designed to date. That said, it was also the most rewarding. This wasn’t just another job, not for any of us. Taliesin, Liam, and I poured our hearts into what is essentially a 256-page love letter to the fans. I sincerely hope they get as much enjoyment out of it as we did from putting it together.
One of my favorite things about this project is the fact that is sounds completely made up. I designed a book of fan-art for the D&D game my friends professionally play. Nothing about that sentence sounds real, and I love that! I only wish I could go back in time and tell 12-year-old Lauryn about this project. I think she would be proud.
