Bring Blockbuster IPs To The Tabletop With These Adapted Games

The credits roll or you close the book, either way, you are still thinking about the story. If only you could continue in that world. Game companies are partnering with movies, comics, and books to bring the story to your table.

I’m gonna make you an offer you can’t refuse. You are playing the don of competing families vying for control of New York. Deploy your thugs and family to shake down businesses and control the board.  This game takes worker placement and adds drive by shootings. You need to be on your toes to keep your family from swimming with the fishes. Use your hand of cards to your best advantage.  At the end of the day, all that matters is money and being the one with the most of it.

Legendary: X-Men

This is the thirteenth expansion for the Legendary: A Marvel Deck Building Game. This is the biggest expansion to date with almost four hundred new cards. Play one of the fifteen new heroes like Dazzler and Beast.  Battle one of the six new Masterminds like Dark Phoenix. And if you are beating them too fast, flip them over to battle their epic version. New cards types Heroic Bystanders and Horror Cards change the fight for good or ill. Get your team together and get your X-Men on! No need to brush up on your comic lore unless you really want to.

Game of Thrones: Catan- Brotherhood of the Watch

To be promoted, you need to develop the infrastructure of the Gift, an underdeveloped area to the South of the Wall. This is a Catan game at its heart, so you are building roads and settlements to gain access to lumber, ore, brick, grain, and wool.  First player to ten points is the new Lord Commander, but beware, Wildlings are raiding and Westeros still needs defending.  Night gathers, and your watch begins.
