CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR – MUST have experience working with a YouTube channel other than your personal one.
· Manage the channels in the Geek & Sundry network including approving videos, creating and inputting metadata, and offering advice and help to smaller channels within the network.
· Develop strategies to maximize channel awareness and viewership, such as assisting in collaborations with other YouTuber creators, helping with convention scheduling, and others opportunities.
· Manage, monitor and analyze performance analytics of all G&S properties as well as core channels
. Creating reports and tracking revenue sharing activities
. Develop a deep understanding of the network brand in order to identify and sign new talent to the Geek & Sundry network.
Applicant should be comfortable with YouTube Analytics, Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools. They should also have great customer service, be extremely organized, independent, and willing to work long hours at an exciting start-up company.
