Superfight Creator Announces BLANK MARRY KILL

Superfight Creator Announces BLANK MARRY KILL

You know the old game “Screw Marry Kill,” or whatever word adults who love each other very much use instead of “screw”? You would secretly play it in the car with a friend on a long road trip or at the bar after a couple of drinks. No matter who you play it with or what secrets are revealed, you know you will encounter a little too much information that may scar you for life.

Superfight and Red Flags creator Darin Ross decided in his sick and twisted little brain–I say this knowing him personally–to make a multiplayer card game out of “Screw Marry Kill” with his newly announced game BLANK MARRY KILL. But instead of choosing a straightforward answer of one or the other, Ross put his own spin on the game to keep things fresh. Here’s how:

There will also be two, 100-card expansion packs available. The first is GEEK MARRY KILL, which will offer tons of delightfully geeky references. The second is F#&! MARRY KILL which is full of, as Ross put so gracefully, “horrible and disgusting cards WHICH IS A THING SOME PEOPLE WANT DON’T LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT.”

Ross put the game on Kickstarter to raise $10,000 and surpassed his goal in five hours. It’s almost as if people enjoyed Superfight and Red Flags, and want to see more. Who knew? You can still get in on backing the game to score some exclusive Kickstarter-only cards using this link.

There is one more game in the pipeline titled Business Panda Beach Party, but Ross is staying tight lipped about it for now. I’ll tell you all about it once I pry it out of him. This may take some time, rope, and brass knuckles. I’ll get back to you on that one later.
