Sideshow Collectibles Star Wars Figures

In all of the Star Wars mania we managed to get our hands on a couple really cool figures made by Sideshow Collectibles featuring characters from Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. These two figures will help you recreate your favorite scenes from Hoth. Check out some initial thoughts and photos below.

Tauntaun Figure

The Tauntaun Sixth Scale Figure is about 18-inches tall, super detailed and comes with interchangeable expressions, interchangeable horn sets as either Luke or Han’s tauntaun, fabric saddle, Hoth Environment Base and tons of additional accessories. But beware, interchanging and assembling all of the pieces takes a bit of time. However, the finished product is beautiful and really well-crafted.

Commander Luke Skywalker Figure

Here’s your chance to get your hands on Commander Luke Skywalker with this Sixth Scale Figure by Sideshow Collectibles. He’s the perfect companion to your Tauntaun figure and can be displayed sitting on him, which is pretty epic looking (especially with that Blaster).
In addition, there are plenty of accessories included in the box. The figure comes with two detailed portraits, headgear, cold weather rebel uniform, sculpted boots, binoculars, Lightsaber and DK-44 Blaster.
Also included are 8 different hands that can be switched-out to allow for use of the weapons or display positions. The options are endless for how you can show off Luke. This figure in particular looks so lifelike and realistic.
What’s most stunning about these figures is the artistry and detail. It’s obvious that every piece is lovingly created and would be a great addition to any fans collection.
