The hype-train keeps chugging along for J.K. Rowling’s latest projects, and it’s safe to say that the Hogwarts Express always delivers.
Pottermore announced on Tuesday that on top of the already exciting release of The Cursed Child script in July, Little, Brown and Scholastic are also publishing Rowling’s very first screenplay, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

The film premieres on November 18th, and the book release will immediately follow on November 19th, giving fans an effortless route into complete and total obsession. The Potter fandom has transformed from being a book-to-film franchise to a book-to-film-to-book phenomenon. In the past, Potterheads would read the books and have to wait years for the screen adaptation, and here we are in 2016 with immediate satisfaction, and a stage play to boot.
Rowling and friends’ goal is to give to their audience what has been asked, begged, and pleaded for time and time again. More magic, more Potter, and more of the wizarding world.
