New Edition of WARMACHINE and HORDES Is Aimed At New Players

Combat Automatons, as far as the eye can see. A line of these beasts will put fear in the fear in the hearts of warjacks and gamers who don’t know what either of these things really mean. We’re talking a minatures and one of the biggest names in the business of small things is looking to reset the game after six years. This is huge news for fans and for anyone intimidated by these pieces. Your wallets, however, might not make it out alive.

Privateer Press, the creators of Warmachine and Hordes announced this week they would be launching a new edition for their tabletop games. This tabletop miniatures game comes alive in a steam powered fantasy world with magic, robots, beasts, and warriors. It is one of the top played tabletop miniatures games, along with Games Workshop’s Warhammer and Fantasy Flight Games’ X-Wing and can be found at almost any local game store.

This new edition, which will be previewed at Lock and Load Gamefest on June 10th will update their games to a new level, making it more accessible to new players and allowing current players to create new armies and tactics. Focusing around new BattleGroup Box, which include a Warcaster, the leader of the army; Warjacks; the rule digest; dice; cards; battle map; and much more. This is everything new players will need to jump right into the game.
