Does your Christmas wish include more terrifying movies instead of warm-n-fuzzy holiday cheer flicks? Good news! There’s a new film in town called Krampus, a terrifyingly fun ride about the legendary monster who punishes all the naughty girls and boys. And when we say punish, we don’t just mean sending them to their rooms without supper.
From Legendary Pictures:
When his dysfunctional family clashes over the holidays, young Max (Emjay Anthony) is disillusioned and turns his back on Christmas. Little does he know, this lack of festive spirit has unleashed the wrath of Krampus: a demonic force of ancient evil intent on punishing non-believers.
All hell breaks loose as beloved holiday icons take on a monstrous life of their own, laying siege to the fractured family’s home and forcing them to fight for each other if they hope to survive.
Omnibus host Hector Navarro will attempt to interview actor David Koechner and Co-Writer/Director Michael Dougherty while navigating a recreation of the movie’s house at the Krampus Scarehouse in Pittsburgh, PA. Will they survive the holiday horror? Yeah, probably. Will Hector be scared into being a good little boy this year? That remains to be seen. As for Krampus, you can watch all the ghoulish fun for yourself when the film hits theaters on December 4th.
