GEEKY GIRL HAIRSTYLES Series Shows Heroes’ and Villains’ Iconic Locks

When it comes to comic book heroes and villains, there is always something that stands out to make them unique. There’s the “S” Shield, the Magic Lasso, and don’t forget the Batarang. It’s not only what they wear or use, but how they look that makes fans remember them. Superman’s spit curl. Tony Stark’s Goatee. Whatever it is that Wolverine is doing with his hair.

Ninjabot, a husband and wife art team out of Portland, has turned to the legendary hairstyles of some of your favorites heroes and villains and created a new series called Geeky Girl Hairstyles.

Diana

Here is Diana of Themyscira, sporting her classic tiara.

Gwen

The owner of the black headband is Gwen Stacy, who, depending on the universe you live in, is either a tragedy waiting to happen or one of the world’s most popular superheroes.

Harleen

Some may argue that Harley Quinn‘s original Batman: The Animated Series look is more famous. After 2016’s Suicide Squad, pigtails will be considered the new crazy.

Marie

Straight out of the early 90s and the X-Men cartoon comes Rogue. She’s more of a hoodie-wearing hero nowadays, but this is still her most famous look.

You can check out the rest of the gallery below, and look at ninjabot other works on their website here.

So what do you think? Are there any iconic hairstyles you think are missing from this set? Which of these was your favorite? Let me know on Twitter or sound off in the comments below.
