Forge a Legendary Skyrim Weapon With the Help of Punished Props

If you’re ready to up your cosplay game this Halloween and beyond, Punished Props is the team to get you started. Not only do they create high-quality videos to walk you through the steps to making weapons and props from some of your favorite games, they do it with humor and personality.

You’ll find the basics from picking an airbrush to smoothing foam edges, with helpful tips sprinkled throughout by Bill Doran in the Prop Shop.

This month Punished Props kicked off a new DIY series for the release of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. The first featured replica is Wuuthrad, a two-handed axe and one of the best weapons in the game.

In the video description you’ll find links to everything you need to buy for the project, and even a free blueprint to get the design as accurate as possible.

Punished Props makes prop making look like magic, transforming PVC pipe and EVA foam into a lustrous, legendary axe. Even if you don’t have a prop workshop in your garage or basement, the entertaining how-to is both fascinating and funny, and totally worth your time.

More Skyrim-themed replicas are on the way, so keep an eye on Punished Props to tide you over until the game’s release on October 28th.

Punished Props also has DIY and blueprints (for a small fee) for projects like Link’s Deku shield, Han Solo’s blaster, Rey’s blaster, and many more.
