Five Awesome Fallout Collectibles No Fan Should Be Without

Five Awesome Fallout Collectibles No Fan Should Be Without

With Bethesda’s Fallout 4 less than a week away from release, anticipation for the sequel is at an all-time high. After all, the latest addition to the series promises hours of gameplay, where you can master new combat skills and take on all sorts of strange robotic and unnatural enemies, all in the name of survival.

But owning the game just isn’t enough, as there are a handful of collectibles out that that can truly define just what a Fallout fan should be. Here’s a rundown of five must-have items that shouldn’t be missed. (And, no, we won’t mention the special Pip-Boy edition of the game. Hopefully you were able to grab that pre-order.)

Fallout Anthology

With the forth installment on the way, now may be a good time to delve into the past, and there’s no better way to do that than with the Fallout Anthology. This set, which sells for $50, comes with a number of the series’ PC games, including the original Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics, Fallout New Vegas: Ultimate Edition, and, of course, Fallout 3. On top of that, you can keep the games stored in a collectible nuke container, which looks sweet sitting on a game shelf.

Fallout 4 Xbox One Controller

Bethesda and Microsoft have a number of promotions surrounding the Xbox One edition of Fallout 4, including the ability to download Fallout 3 for free, as well as a special system bundle that comes packed with a copy of the game. However, you can showcase your Fallout love even harder with this awesome wired Xbox One controller, which features a gold and blue design and Vault Boy himself giving you the ol’ thumbs up. The controller is currently sold out on the website, but savvy Fallout fans should have no trouble finding one on eBay.

Nuka Cola Etched Beer Mug

Nuka Cola is officially the drink of Fallout champions, and while it may be hard to come by a bottle these days, you can always do the next best thing, grab a Nuka Cola mug to use with your liquid of choice. This awesome etched beer (or whatever you’re drinking) mug enables you to show your Fallout pride no matter what you drink, and it’s a steal for $12. Buy a set and invite your friends over for a little Nuka Cola party.

Pip-Boy Messenger Bag

If you can’t find a Pip-Boy edition of the game, the next best thing is being able to carry around items in the design of a Pip-Boy (or make your own). This messenger bag, pre-selling for $68, has enough space to carry around a 17″ laptop (or smaller game system) with ease. Furthermore, the V.A.T.S. Screen and Pip-Boy 3000 Mark IV designs easily showcase your love for Fallout, inside and out. There are plenty of these to go around, but pre-order as soon as you can.

Vault 111 Hoodie

Since we’re getting into the winter season, here’s an ideal way to share your Fallout pride while staying warm at the same time: a deluxe Vault 111 hoodie. Featuring a pleasant blue and yellow design, with a big “111” decal on the back and sleeves that easily keep you protected from the cold, it’s perfect for those long Fallout sessions when the heat isn’t working. It’s available in many sizes, and can be found here.
