Everything We Saw at CatConLA, Now in Bingo Form!

This past weekend, Geek & Sundry had the pleasure of attending CatConLA at The Reef in Los Angeles. For cat-havers and admirers alike, it was the most purrfect time one could ever had. I, personally, had no idea what to expect besides stepping into a living, breathing embodiment of the internet …and what first comes to mind when someone says the words “cat convention.” When I arrived, I was completely surprised by the diversity of cat things: there were celebricats, insightful panels, amazing artwork, and a lot of incredibly friendly people. It was a veritable smorgasbord of feline frenzy!

Which is not to say it wasn’t at all surreal. Every corner I turned put me face to face with something my brain had to take a minute to process — it was sometimes a bit too much. Seeing as this was the 1st Annual CatConLA (and my first cat convention ever) there was nothing I could do to prepare…

So I made CatCon Bingo to help others learn from my experience and help all of you make sure you make the most out of your cat convention time. If you don’t make bingo at a cat convention, you haven’t done it right, plain and simple.

So this is your mission, should you choose to accept it at the next local catcon of your choosing. Because if you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to wander through a legit and not-metaphorical maze of niche cat paraphernalia with Mayim Bialik and Henri Le Chat Noir, you too can be assuaged at the next mega-gathering of felines! So go forth and conquer, cat lovers, and keep an eye on to find out information on their next event!

Were you at CatConLA this year? Did you get BINGO?
