Check Out Matt Mercer’s New D&D Show | Force Grey: Giant Hunters

Matt Mercer is at it again with another Dungeons & Dragons series, Force Grey: Giant Hunters! Joined by a veritable cast of amazing actors and comedians, Matt leads the gang on a journey through Wizards of the Coast’s newest adventure, Storm King’s Thunder, which releases later this fall. Geek & Sundry and Nerdist team up for this weekly show, offering you a preview of the new D&D storyline as well as all the fun and laughs you can handle.

Meet the new heroes of Force Grey!

CHRIS HARDWICK, founder of Nerdist and host of Talking Dead and @midnight with Chris Hardwick, joins the party as bookish elf wizard, Whil Wee-Tawn.

ASHLEY JOHNSON, Geek & Sundry’s own Critical Role-r, takes on a new persona as a half-orc cleric named Dagny Halvor.

JONAH RAY, co-host of The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail on Comedy Central, Hidden America and the new MST3K, plays Joppa, a wise old monk who has a fishing metaphor for every occasion.

UTKARSH AMBUDKAR, actor, singer, and rapper-extraordinaire Utkarsh Ambudkar (The Mindy Project, Pitch Perfect), draws on his many talents as he plays a wise-cracking scoundrel named Hitch.

SHELBY FERO, a comedian and writer, plays Brawlwin Chainminer, a dwarf fighter with a floating shield and a crippling fear of heights.

BRIAN POSEHN is a long-time D&D player who hosts his own D&D games on the Nerd Poker podcast, jumps into the series in a later episode playing Calliope, a half-elf bard with an eye-patch.

MATTHEW MERCER is the Dungeon Master, and worked hand-in-hand with the team at Dungeons & Dragons to develop the adventure.
