Nowadays it’s easier than ever to kill time browsing around on the internet, probably when we’re supposed to be doing something else entirely. Social media, Twitter particularly, can connect you with people you wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to interact with, for better or for worse.
The average user logs on, checks the news, and catches up with their friends online, and then there’s the accounts that take full advantage of their reach by drawing in followers with hot content, a little wit, and pop culture references by the bucket load. Great marketing is all over the internet, but some teams and specialists are a tad more noteworthy than others.
You’ve heard of DJ Khaled and Calvin Harris, but what about DJ Helper and their latest mix tape, Watch the Stove? Yup, your favorite childhood dinner pal is getting into the music industry, and is tweeting all about it online for the world to see.

If anyone can become famous these days, then why not the hand that’s fed us deliciously cheesy pasta for the last decade or so? Just be sure to take Helper’s tunes seriously, obviously they do.

Mars Curiosity Rover
Everyone’s favorite school teachers were always the ones with a sense of humor and a link to the world outside of the classroom. The Mars Curiosity Rover may be 54.6 million kilometers away from your local school, but it’s taking the same angle in teaching us about what it knows best, Mars.

As if space travel and discovery isn’t cool enough, throw in an adorable, spherical droid with a penchant for adventure and you’ve got yourself one interested crowd of students, the rover’s 3.32 million followers, that is.
You know their pancakes, bacon, and coffee, but did you know the Denny’s social media team is just as decadent, fluffy, and sweet? Between their PokemonGo jokes and references to alien dairy-control, you’re bound for a chuckle following the likes of this breakfast-food chain, morning, afternoon, or evening.
Here’s hoping more and more Denny’s locations will become PokéStops in the near future.
Look no further for unimportant yet strangely interesting information than the UberFacts Twitter profile. It’s so easy to get lost scrolling through the useless fact after useless fact, until the information actually becomes useful as the world turns.

Conversation starters, essay subjects, and plain old knowledge for trivia nights at the local bar can all be found with a scroll down the UberFacts profile.
Hungry yet? Denny’s isn’t the only fast food restaurant to have Twitter on lock. Arby’s has taken to creating and posting truly creative food art in honor of some of our favorite shows, games, and movies.
