Announcing the First Critical Role Art Book!

We announced a very special project during the Critical Role live show in Indianapolis — our very first Critical Role art book, officially titled The Chronicles of Exandria Vol. I: The Tale of Vox Machina.

Each week, we receive hundreds of beautifully crafted pieces of art from our community and now, we have created an incredible book to capture the story of Vox Machina!

Here are the details:

  • Two versions of the book will be available for purchase in the Geek & Sundry store this fall — A standard version (pictured here) as well as a deluxe version (which includes an upgraded cover with gold foil and a ribbon to ensure that you never lose your place).
  • Both versions of the book are 256 pages.
  • The book features art from 89 community artists — some known favorites and some completely new pieces!
  • The Chronicles of Exandria Vol. I: The Tale of Vox Machina also includes backstories for Vox Machina, as well as some of your favorite NPCs.
  • We will be announcing pricing and on-sale dates shortly, so please be sure to sign up for email updates

The Chronicles of Exandria Vol. I: The Tale of Vox Machina will be on sale within the next few months. We highly encourage signing up for email updates at geekandsundry.com/artbook. We’ll email everyone as soon as we have a firm launch date for the book so that you don’t miss out on your copy. Also, we’d like to extend a very special thanks to our publisher, Hunters Books!

Be sure to check out Critical Role every Thursday evening at 7pm Pacific on Twitch or Alpha and watch past episodes right here. If you’re interested in additional Critical Role merch, check out the Geek & Sundry shop!
